Want a Quote from Us?

If you'd like to request a quote from us, we will be happy to provide it to you, in most cases.   However, we get a lot of quote requests and it is sometimes quite amazing what useless stuff people will send us.

So, we do ask that you read the following suggestions for how to request a quote from us and please try to adhere to them.  It'll improve the likelihood that you'll get a response from us and it'll make our lives a lot easier.

E-Mail:

The best way to request a quote from us is via E-mail.   You'll want to direct your E-mail quote requests to Sharon.  Her E-mail address can be found here:  Sharon's E-mail Address

Please list the items you would like a quote for in a reasonably sized font, double spaced.   If you are sending a fax, you need to provide us space so we can simply type our responses into the extra space and then return the fax to you.    If you do not provide us the space to write our replies into, or send it in PDF format, we cannot email you back the quote, nor fax it to you.  We do accept them in MS Excel format or hand typed in email format.

Your quote requests must include the quantities and sizes you want and when the job will be planted and please let us know if you are willing to accept substitution suggestions.    If you just tell us you are looking for, for example, some Firs and you want us to go out and come up with a list of all the Firs we have for your reading pleasure ... well, you are very unlikely to hear back from us.  We don't mean to be difficult about this but we get a lot of requests for quotes.    If it's a tree, tell us what size it should be.   If it is a plant in a container, tell us what size container you are looking for (2g, 5g, etc.).

Please don't send us your site plans or landscaping drawings as part of your quote request.   Just send us the list of what you want in a reasonably sized font, double spaced.

Faxes:

We will also accept quote requests via Fax.   Once again, don't send us your site plans or other unrelated documents just because the plants you want a quote for may appear on them.   Make a list of stuff you want a quote for and, when you do it, leave sufficient space for us to write our responses in.    Make sure that what you send is not reduced down to the point of being illegible.   If we have to rewrite it or if we cannot read it in the first place, you are unlikely to get a response back from us.

And, finally, on Faxes, make sure that your return Fax number is on your fax and that it is readable.  If you simply write it onto the fax as an after thought in pencil, it probably won't come through because lighter stuff tends to fade on Faxes.  Think black and bold to be sure.   We get an amazing number of Fax requests for quotes where the sender completely failed to include their Fax number so we could Fax them back.
